The terms governing the use of this website and the supply of TRUCKPOWER products and services.

TRUCKPOWER provides wholesale and export of commercial vehicles, heavy duty truck parts and related services. This website is a business-to-business (B2B) platform; by using it you confirm you are acting in a professional or business capacity. This site operates in pure-inquiry mode: no online payment is collected through the website.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when submitting inquiries. We may decline or suspend service to any party that submits false information, engages in abusive behaviour or violates these terms.
All quotations are valid only for the period stated therein and are subject to final confirmation of stock, price and lead time. An order is formed only after our written order confirmation (proforma invoice) is accepted. Website content, including product descriptions, images and fitment data, is provided for reference and does not constitute an offer.
Prices are quoted in the currency stated in the proforma invoice and are exclusive of taxes, duties and destination charges unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms (e.g. T/T deposit and balance, irrevocable L/C) follow the proforma invoice.
Lead times are estimates starting from order confirmation and receipt of payment. Risk transfers per the agreed Incoterm (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.). We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Products are inspected before shipment. Claims for visible defects or shortages must be filed within 15 days of receipt with photos and packing evidence; concealed defects within the warranty period stated on the product documents. Remedies are limited to replacement, repair or credit as agreed case by case.
All content on this website — texts, images, logos, layout and data compilations — is the property of TRUCKPOWER or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent. Brand names of vehicle and engine manufacturers are used solely for fitment reference; their trademarks belong to their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRUCKPOWER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profit arising from the use of this website or the products supplied. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be settled through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a competent court or arbitration body as agreed in the relevant contract.
